1. Services
Beauty by Zahida provides professional hair styling, makeup application, and henna artistry services for weddings, special occasions, and editorial work. All services are subject to availability and are provided on a mobile/on-location basis unless otherwise agreed.
2. Bookings & Consultations
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. A pre-wedding trial is included in bridal packages and must be scheduled at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. Consultation details, preferred styles, and any skin sensitivities should be communicated in advance.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the appointment date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days of the appointment are subject to the full fee. Rescheduling requests are accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
4. Payment
Full payment is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
5. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
It is the client's responsibility to inform Beauty by Zahida of any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities prior to the appointment. A patch test can be arranged upon request. Beauty by Zahida cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where prior disclosure was not made.
6. Photography & Social Media
Beauty by Zahida may photograph completed work for portfolio and social media use. If you prefer your images not to be shared, please inform us before or during your appointment, and we will respect your wishes entirely.
7. Liability
Beauty by Zahida takes every care to provide a safe and professional service. However, we cannot accept liability for any adverse reactions, losses, or damages arising from the services provided, except where caused by our negligence.
